Shipping Policy

At Conqueror, we aim to provide safe and efficient delivery of all insulated panel orders across New Zealand. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days of confirmation.

  • A member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time once your order is ready to dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location but generally take 2–7 working days once dispatched.

  • For remote or hard-to-access locations, additional time may be required. We will confirm this when arranging your delivery.

Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure there is a clear, safe space at your property for our delivery vehicle to park.

  • Someone must be available to receive the order and assist our driver with offloading.

  • For orders with sheets longer than 9 metres, a forklift will be required at the delivery address. Deliveries of this size cannot be completed without the necessary equipment.

Restrictions

  • Delivery is available throughout New Zealand.

  • If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to discuss alternative options before dispatch.

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays with you.
