Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

1. 1. You may cancel your order at any time before delivery takes place and receive a full refund. 

   2. Customers have the right to cancel their orders within 14 days of receipt of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after delivery takes place, for whatever reason, then you must return the goods at your own cost and inform us of the reason for cancellation. Once the goods have arrived back with us in good condition we will process a refund for the price of the goods in your order but we will not refund the original delivery charge or the costs incurred by you in returning goods to us.

   3. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for your purchase order.

   4. Where goods are being returned because they are faulty then we will arrange collection and bear the cost of the return. Please contact us to arrange a collection.

   5. You must inform us of any faults with the goods before you start to install them or modify them in any way e.g. cut or drill

   6. The provisions within clause 6 do not affect your legal rights if you are a consumer
